Policy Cancellation & Booking

All activities are paid in full upon reservation.

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 15 days in advance, will be refunded 90% of the amount paid
• 7 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the amount paid
• Less than 7 days no refund will be paid.

To change the date reserved, you must notify at least 7 days in advance.
If informed less days before the activity shall be deemed made on the agreed date.
If the person does not show this activity will be carried out without the right to change the date or the payment of the amount paid.
